There are a lot of foreclosure deals in the metropolitan Tucson Area - including Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita and unincorporated Pima County. I sort through the foreclosure search from MLS and examine each listing to make sure it is actually a foreclosure, REO or bank owned, versus the listing indicating that it is 'not' a foreclosure.

Iput this list on a FREE MLS PORTAL that you are able to see pictures and descriptions of the properties. You will be able to log into your customized Foreclosure List Portal any time of day or night.

Because there are so many foreclosures - we ask that you give us some basic information such as maxium price and number of bedrooms. That way we send you only properties you may truly be intersted in.

Foreclosures are currently offering the lowest home price in the area. I have seen foreclosures that have been mopped on the way out and I have seen foreclosures that the previous owner has taken everything (i.e. front door, plumbing, etc). Some people have the ability to see through the dirt and grim and see thier new home. Others want a home move in ready. I will work with you to find the perfect home for you!

In making offers on a foreclosure, often the beneficiary (BANK OWNER) wants the buyer to be 'qualified' by a certain institution. This does NOT mean you must finance through them, they just want to know you are qualifed. We always recommend interviewing several lenders. Certain REO (Real Estate Owned) banks are faster to respond than others. Certain banks can turn around an offer in 48 hours and other may take 2 weeks.
